Information about our films

Tinted windows will bring a new look to your car. In addition to aesthetics, tinted films have all the following characteristics:

• Protection against UV and discoloration: 99% of UV rays are rejected 
• Protection against heat. Up to 65% of solar energy rejected
• Protection against prying eyes 
• Glare reduction 
• Protection against car-jacking and glass breakage (security film).
   

Autocarto can also over-dye the original smoked windows.

The colours are available in different colours: silver, bronze, copper, gold, white, smoked, green, blue, transparent.

The films have a lifetime guaranteed by the manufacturers of at least 5 years, however, this depends on several parameters: the type of glass, the type of film, the type of window, the orientation of the window as well as the location of the installation. Some films have reached a lifetime of more than twenty years, but this is not at all the expected lifetime.
